1. Reservation and Check-In:

   • All reservations must be made by individuals of legal age. A valid ID and credit card are required at check-in.

   • Check-in time is 1Pm, and check-out time is 11 Am. Early check-in and late check-out based on availability on chargeable basis.

2. Cancellation Policy:

   • 1-If the booking will cancel before 07 Days of check-in date, No cancellation charge,

     The advance amount will be adjusting with future booking.

     2-If the booking will cancel with-in 07 Days of check-in date, 50% of advance

     Amount charge as cancellation fees, Rest will be adjusting with future booking.

     3- In case of NO SHOW, entire amount will be charge as cancellation.

     
     3. Payment:

   • For Booking Confirmation need to deposit 50% of totel billing amount, balance will be charged at check-in.

3. Room Occupancy:

   • Maximum occupancy for each room type is specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may incur an extra charge.

4. Smoking Policy:

   • Our hotel is strictly non-smoking in public area. Smoking is only permitted in designated in room.

5. Pet Policy:

   • Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

6. Loss or Damage:

   • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.

7. Noise and Disturbance:

   • Guests are expected to respect the comfort and privacy of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbance may result in eviction without refund.

8. Use of Facilities:

   • Guests may use hotel facilities in accordance with posted rules and hours of operation. Any misuse or damage may result in additional charges.

9. Conduct and Behavior:

   • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards staff and fellow guests.

10. Events and Parties:

    • Parties, events, and gatherings must be approved in advance by hotel management and may be subject to additional fees.

11. Liability:

    • The hotel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and use hotel facilities at their own risk.

12. Force Majeure:

    • The hotel is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

13. Amendments and Modifications:

    • These terms and conditions may be subject to change without notice. Guests are encouraged to review them periodically.

By making a reservation and staying at our hotel, guests agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
